Birthday Memory Packages
If you’re looking to capture the memorable experience that a Gymsport birthday party offers, then our video/photo add-ons are perfect for you! These two add-on options offer professional quality results that will allow you to relive your child’s special day.
Save yourself the stress of worrying about photos and allow us to capture the candid experience you share with your child while you relax and enjoy their special day alongside them!
These videos/photos will not be posted publicly anywhere or used for promotional content by Gymsport without your permission. You are free to post them to your own social media, of course!
Photo Album
$225
- Approximately 20 edited photographs showcasing the best moments of your child’s Gymsport BirthdayParty!
- Our photographer will be present throughout the entirety of your child’s Gymsport birthday party to take loads of pictures and will cut them down to the best ones.
- Photos can be fit to match most aspect ratio compositions you’d like, but must be requested first. Otherwise it will default to 16:9.
- Final photos will be formatted as JPEG images. (RAW files are unavailable.)
- Photos will be shared as a folder to the email of your choosing via Google Drive. You can download the full quality pictures from the site for free.
- Once we receive email confirmation that you have downloaded the photos, or the allotted time has passed (one week after being uploaded,) the photos will be removed from Google Drive to save space.
Highlight Video
$250
- A 1 minute (approximate time) professional video featuring the highlights of your child’s special day! Key moments; singing Happy
- Birthday, blowing out candles, etc, as well as capturing all the memories created by the awesome experience only a Gymsport party can offer!
- Our videographer will be present throughout the entirety of your child’s Gymsport Birthday Party to capture all the best moments. The footage will be edited and the finished video will be provided 1 – 2 weeks after the birthday party.
- The video will be filmed in a 16:9 aspect ratio (wide screen) unless otherwise requested by you. (Vertical Phone aspect ratio (9:16) can be requested.) (RAW files will not be available). The final product will be a 4K Ultra-HD video formatted as an MP4 file.
- The video will be shared to an email of your choosing via Google Drive where the video can be downloaded in its full quality. (Previewing video will not show the full quality. It must be downloaded. This can be done on a phone or computer)
- If you would like to post the video to your social media, please email the link of the video to jeremy@gymsport.com so that the music can be properly licensed.
